The St Albert portrait was originally painted for the conference in Basel, Switzerland held to commemorate Albert Hofmann's 100th birthday party. The original painting was displayed at the event and Hofmann even graced the back of the original with his signature and hand-rendered the LSD molecule on the back of the canvas. 

This is the only existing signed, numbered limited edition blotter art of this design.
